Are the apartments close to the city centre?
Our apartments are located in the very heart of Warsaw, surrounded by both top business destinations and the city’s main attractions.

How far is the metro station?
Towarowa Towers is only a 2-minute walk from the metro station, while Platinum Towers is a 5-minute walk away.

Are there restaurants nearby?
Both buildings are surrounded by numerous restaurants offering cuisines from all around the world, including Polish, Italian, Indian, and Chinese cuisine.

Are towels and an iron provided in the apartments?
The apartments are fully equipped. They include towels, shower gel, soap, shampoo, and a hairdryer. Every apartment also comes with an iron and ironing board.

Is Wi-Fi available in the apartment?
Every apartment offers high-speed internet access.

What types of apartments are available?
The properties offer studios, one-bedroom apartments, two-bedroom apartments, and premium apartments. Depending on the type, they can accommodate from 2 to 6 guests.

Does the sofa have a sleeping function?
All sofas in our apartments can be converted into beds.

Does the property offer access to a gym or swimming pool?
At Platinum Towers, guests can access Stellar Fitness Club with a sauna, jacuzzi, gym, and swimming pool. A one-time wellness access fee for our guests is PLN 85. Please inform the reception that you are staying at J&K Platinum Towers.
Towarowa Towers features a modern fitness area including a gym, cardio zone, and functional training equipment. Our guests have free access to this facility.

Can I receive a VAT invoice?
Yes, we issue VAT invoices. Please provide your invoicing details when making the reservation or on the day of check-in.

Is a security deposit required?
Yes, a card pre-authorisation of PLN 500 is required as security against any potential damage. The pre-authorisation is not a payment—it is only a temporary hold placed on the card.

When is the security deposit released?
The security deposit is released after check-out and once the apartment has been inspected by the cleaning team. The actual time it takes for the funds to become available again depends on the guest’s bank.

Can I book directly?
Of course. You can book either through the booking system on our website or via Booking.com. We encourage you to use our website to learn more about our apartments and book at the best available price.

Can I make a reservation and pay upon arrival?
No, the reservation must be paid for before arrival. Unpaid reservations may be cancelled automatically.

Can a minor make a reservation?
The reservation must be made by an adult who assumes responsibility for the rented apartment. However, a minor may check in with the consent of the parent or legal guardian who made the reservation.

How does check-in work?
On the day of arrival, once the apartment is ready, we send detailed instructions regarding key collection and parking access if reserved. Keys are collected in the same building where the apartment is located.

Is luggage storage available before check-in?
Guests may leave their luggage at the reception before check-in.

Is luggage storage available after check-out?
Guests may also leave their luggage at the reception after check-out.

Do you have a reception desk?
The reception in the building does not belong directly to our company, but the staff can assist with check-in and provide general information. Reception is open 24/7.

Are there any check-in restrictions?
Guests may check in from 3:00 PM at any time.

Are there any check-out restrictions?
Guests may check out at any time before 11:00 AM.

Is late check-out possible?
Late check-out availability depends on the date and apartment type. Please contact the property manager directly regarding late check-out options.

Is early check-in possible?
Early check-in availability depends on the date and apartment type. We always try to prepare the apartment earlier whenever possible if our guests require it. Please contact the property manager directly for arrangements.

Are the apartments suitable for business trips?
Absolutely. We are located in Warsaw’s main business district. J&K Platinum Towers offers direct indoor access to the Hilton Hotel without the need to go outside, where one of the city’s largest conference centres is located.
J&K Towarowa Towers is located by Rondo Daszyńskiego — in Warsaw’s most modern and rapidly developing area, in the heart of the Wola business district. Conference room access is also included in the stay.

Can I receive an invoice?
Yes, invoices are available upon request. During the booking process, please provide your invoice details in the designated section. The invoice will be sent no later than on the day of check-out.
